01 — THE HOMEHAND WAY

Three towns.
One person to call.

Somebody who knows
the house. And the list.

You don’t need another list of people to call. You need someone who remembers the loose latch, follows up on the gutter quote, and tells you what’s been done. That’s your HomeHand.

  • Your priorities
  • Your decisions
  • Our follow-through
01Bring order to a space.Organizing and downsizing, with a searchable record of what belongs where.Projects from about $400

Start with a closet, garage, or a larger downsizing project. Together we agree what needs organizing, what to document, and the decisions that stay with you.

  • The physical space, organized around how you live.
  • A searchable inventory of the agreed belongings, with photos and locations.
  • A close-out letter and action record, with a useful handover.

The inventory scope and included online access period are stated in your quote. You keep the inventory and its export without a subscription.

AFTER YOUR VISIT / ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE

The garage is ready
for Saturday.

The workbench is clear. Garden tools are on the wall rail. Holiday decorations are labeled on shelf B.

Three photograph boxes are set aside for your decision. Nothing has left the house.

Next: we’ll go through them together.

THE PERSON AT YOUR DOOR

Adam
DiTusa-Brown.

“I’ll walk through your home with you, agree what needs doing, and be your point of contact as we get it done.”

BEFORE WE KNOCK

Can I arrange help for a parent?

Yes. We agree priorities with the homeowner, including who receives updates and who can approve work. Their welcome and decisions come first.

Do I have to subscribe?

No. You can hire HomeHand for a single project. If you would like ongoing help, we’ll discuss a partnership that fits your home. A paid onboarding assessment is also an entry route for households seeking recurring help directly.

Who makes decisions about my belongings?

You do. We agree who can authorize work or disposal, who receives information, and how family decisions are made before the project begins.
