Terms of Service

HomeHand provides hands-on household services under an agreed project scope. Its software supports inventory records, family access, and exports. The consumer app also remains available to existing users. Service scope, pricing, and hosted-access arrangements are agreed separately from the consumer app policy below.

New consumer app accounts get a 14-day trial for adding items. After the trial, existing items remain viewable and exportable; continuing to add items requires Plus. This describes the current app policy, not a promise of indefinite hosted access for a service project.

Downloaded handover files are separate from hosted portal access. Confirm your service project's hosted-access arrangements with HomeHand. Inventory Care is optional upkeep for later inventory changes, not a charge to retrieve the agreed deliverable or correct an error in HomeHand's delivered work.

You retain all rights to your photos and inventory. You grant HomeHand only the limited permission needed to store your content and process it through the cataloging engine to provide the service to you.

Use HomeHand only for your own lawful inventory of property you have the right to catalogue. Do not upload content that is illegal or that you do not have permission to store.

AI-generated and market-derived values are estimates to help you organize and insure your belongings. They are not appraisals, and HomeHand is not a licensed appraiser, insurer, or financial advisor.

HomeHand is offered to customers in the United States. The service is provided on an as-is basis as we continue to improve it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state of our incorporation (jurisdiction to be finalized with counsel before launch).
