We agree the responsibilities, work through the list, coordinate the right people, and leave you with a record. You know what moved forward — and what still needs your decision.

A visit every two weeks keeps the list moving between seasons, appointments, and vendor follow-ups. Included coordination is defined in your agreement.

Ask about PreferredYour agreement defines included time, response commitments, business hours, spending approvals, backup arrangements, and separately quoted projects. These are starting prices for a conversation, not an unlimited service.
ONE PERSON TO COORDINATE
Some jobs need a specialist. We can coordinate vendors within your agreed scope and track the follow-through. Contractor bills are passed through at cost, without a HomeHand markup.
We agree approval arrangements before work starts. A partnership does not give us open-ended authority to spend or make household decisions.
