THE HOMEHAND WAY

YOUR HOME.your say.

The work is practical. So is the way we agree it. Your priorities set the list, your permissions set the boundaries, and our records show what happened.

Start a conversation
01

First, we listen.

We walk through what needs attention, how you use the home, and what would make the biggest difference. You can start with one project.

02

Then, we write it down.

Before work begins, we agree scope, pricing, permissions, and the decisions that stay with you. Extra projects are quoted separately.

03

We get on with it.

We organize the agreed spaces, work through the list, or coordinate the right people. When something needs your decision, we ask.

04

You see what happened.

A useful letter and action record show what is done, what is waiting, and what comes next. For organizing, you also receive the agreed inventory and handover.

02 — THE WORK, MADE VISIBLE

A little less
“did anyone…?”

The work doesn’t disappear when we leave. It becomes a useful record — for you, and for the family you choose to keep in the loop.

Same facts. A format that works for you.

AFTER YOUR VISIT / ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE

The garage is ready
for Saturday.

The workbench is clear. Garden tools are on the wall rail. Holiday decorations are labeled on shelf B.

Three photograph boxes are set aside for your decision. Nothing has left the house.

Next: we’ll go through them together.

FOR THE FAMILY, TOO

More people
in the loop.
One homeowner’s say.

A family member can help arrange a project. The homeowner’s welcome and priorities come first.

We agree who can receive information, approve work, and make decisions about belongings. Updates go to the people you choose. Routine letters and family updates do not require a login.

The record helps everyone work from the same facts, while the decisions stay with the people authorized to make them.
